Duties

-Instal Forced air units, package units, heat pumps, AC systems, and duct systems for both residential and light commercial
-Install systems in both new construction and existing remodel construction
-Lead crew members on system layout and install of ductwork
-Communicate with Project managers, homeowners, and general manager or job status, concerns, changes, and timelines
-Ensure customer has good experience and is satisfied with work
-Ensure adherence to company safety and OSHA standards
-Keep and maintain a clean shop and vehicle

Qualifications

-Attention to detail and pride in work
-Can read plans and understand system design and layout
-Can read wiring diagrams
-Install electrical and gas connections
-Layout, fabricate and install duct plenums
-Ability to work from ladders, around equipment, in tight work areas for long periods of time
-Ability to diagnose equipment
-Has general sheet metal and hand tools for install
-Ability to work in and deal with stressful situations.
